Your work trips, on your phone.
You can create and submit trip requests on the web now. Sign in to your workspace, then choose Trip requests → New trip request. GPS recording, receipt capture and claim preparation require private Android access.
The Android app is not available for public download yet. You can still set up your account using the link in your company invitation.

No public installer is available yet. Ask your company administrator about mobile access before planning a trip with Voyage.
If your company has provided installation instructions, follow those instructions. Do not download Voyage from an unrelated APK website.
Join your company workspace
Set your password from your invitation now. Continue with the app steps once your company has confirmed mobile access.
- Open your invitation email and follow its one-time link to choose a password. If the link has expired, ask your administrator for a new invitation.
- Open Voyage and choose Get started. Enter the workspace code from your invitation and select your company.
- Sign in with the work email that received the invitation and your chosen password. If your administrator gave you a temporary password, change it when asked.
- Review the permission explanations. Enable the permissions needed for the features you use, including location for trip tracking and camera for receipts.
You need an internet connection for installation, workspace lookup and first sign-in. Your administrator can help with your workspace code or account access. Employees joining a company do not need to create another workspace.
Ready to travel? Follow the travel request guide. Your company reviews the requests and expenses you submit.
Using an iPhone?
The iPhone app is not yet available. Ask your company administrator about supported devices before planning to use Voyage for mobile trip tracking.
The web workspace is available for company administration and review. Mobile trip tracking requires the Android app.
