The app’s Billing & plan page shows your actual plan, purchased seats, billing currency and tax before checkout. For example, two South African Professional seats are R98 net; if 15% VAT applies, the estimate is R112.70 including R14.70 VAT. Checkout confirms the applicable amount. When a trial expires, paid-only features stop and new users/requests are subject to Starter limits.

How does Voyage calculate mileage reimbursement?
Voyage uses your company’s configured mileage rate. Planned mileage comes from server routing; final mileage depends on assessed GPS evidence and approval. Finance should confirm the applicable rate and tax treatment; software does not guarantee tax compliance.
How does Voyage protect personal information under POPIA?
Privacy is built in. Employees choose, field by field, what personal information — home address, vehicle details, emergency contacts, banking — they share with the company. Even shared data is visible only to their own manager and administrators, never every manager.
Does the mobile app work without internet?
The Android app is currently available only through private company access; no public installer is available. Its supported on-road functions are offline-first. Employees can capture trips, log expenses and snap receipts with no signal; everything syncs automatically when connectivity returns and the app can complete a sync.
Does Voyage integrate with Xero or Sage?
Yes. Approved reimbursements and advances push straight into Xero or Sage Accounting against your own chart of accounts, with a full sync log — no retyping into the ledger.
What is ride-share matching?
When two colleagues are approved for the same route on the same day, Voyage suggests they share the car — one claim instead of two, with the kilometres, rand and CO₂ saved tracked automatically. Suggestions respect each employee’s privacy settings.
Can multiple companies use one Voyage account?
Voyage is multi-tenant. Each company gets its own isolated workspace, users, policies and approval hierarchy, with role-based access from employee to administrator.

Every workspace starts with a 14-day Professional trial, then falls back to free Starter unless a paid subscription is purchased. Starter includes 50 employees and 500 requests per month; Professional is R49 per purchased seat per month before South African tax, with a trial/default capacity of 200 employees and 2,000 requests. Billing & plan confirms your territory, seats and tax.
